A brainstorming call is the first step to take. This free meeting allows us to get acquainted and provides a foundation of information so I can walk beside you toward your goals.
You’ll have an opportunity to ask any questions you have about me, and I’ll have a chance to hear your concerns. I’ll take notes and share how I organize information. We’ll review some themes to explore as you and I work together to create solutions.
Brainstorming calls are commitment-free.
Once we've determined we're a great fit, we’ll schedule our first session together! My work is designed to support lasting, positive change, which happens best over time with consistent effort.
Private sessions are offered in a 10-session package at $1750 (or a one-time single session:$200). These sessions empower us to dig deep, identify underlying challenges, and create sustainable shifts that truly make a difference.
All sessions are available via FaceTime, Zoom, or phone for your convenience.

A few Q+A’s…
What are a few words to describe your desired outcome for anybody seeking coaching from you?
Confidence. Cooperation. Results. Satisfaction!
What is the most common reason moms do not seek parent coaching?
Believing things will somehow get better on their own, or that the stressful habits are normal and must therefore just be accepted.
What is your favorite aspect of parent coaching?
I absolutely love spending time with a mom. It’s an incredible privilege to help someone who is struggling to find joy in the day-to-day of parenting go from frustration and disappointment to laughter, excitement, confidence, and rich relationships. Coming alongside a mom and watching her dreams come true as she implements strategies and gains the skills necessary to deeply connect with each member of her family. Hearing that her child adores and respects her, and each other, is the highlight of my work.
