Burnout to Bliss: Better Nutrition and Strategic Parenting

Parenting and Life Coach Loyla Louvis is excited to team up with Caryn O’Sullivan, Health and Nutrition Coach of Appetites for Life, and Joyist of Montclair to offer the presentation of:

BURNOUT TO BLISS: Better Nutrition and Strategic Parenting Turn Motherhood Burnout to Family Bliss

As moms we tend to put everyone first, leaving little for ourselves and even less for self-care. However, a focus on self-care is critical to not only mom's health but the health and happiness of the family. Mom simply cannot meet the challenges of child-rearing without a healthy body, state of mind, and tools in her parenting toolbox.

You’re invited to join us and learn how to prevent nutritional depletion, rebuild the body, improve family relationships, and take home critical tools that prevent mommy burnout.

Tickets are required for this event and are available here and can be purchased up until the day of the event.

This is an adult-only event and childcare is not provided.

If you have any questions regarding this or any event presented by Mothers In Training, LLC, please feel free to email or call Loyla Louvis.
